Lahore: British boxer Aamir Khan made Pakistani boxers and the government uncles. The title contest on December 19 at the Governor’s House in Lahore was not internationally recognized.

BoXRec, the world record book boxer, has refused to recognize the title announced by Aamir Khan. Aamir Khan had named the fight of Lyari boxer Nadir Baloch as WBC Middle East title. No title under the name of WBC Middle East is registered with Boxrec. The title belt given by Aamir Khan to boxer Nadir Baloch also turned out to be fake
Sources said that the Punjab government spent crores of rupees on holding so-called international title competitions and various events. He also took huge sums of money from companies for sponsorship. The Pakistan Boxing Council, which supervises fake title fights, was also questioned.
