Four killed in US jet crash
WASHINGTON: A small plane crashed into a company building shortly after takeoff in the US state of North Carolina, killing four people.
According to the international news agency, a passenger jet flying from Roberton Airport in North Carolina to the local airport in County Deer crashed.
Shortly after takeoff, the plane malfunctioned, causing the pilot to lose control and crash into a company building, then stumble and fall to the ground.
As soon as it fell to the ground, a fire broke out in the plane which was extinguished by the fire brigade personnel.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported from the company where the plane crashed and where it crashed. Rescuers rescued four bodies from the wreckage. The dead included two pilots and two passengers.
The identities of those killed were not disclosed, while aviation formed a committee to investigate the crash.
