Russia will impose sanctions on Putin if it invades Ukraine, Biden
Washington: US President Joe Biden has expressed anger over the advance of Russian forces on the Ukrainian border, saying that Russia would have to pay a heavy price for its aggression on Ukraine.

According to the international news agency, US President Joe Biden has warned that in case of aggression on Ukraine, not only economic, trade and travel sanctions should be imposed on Russia, but also President Vladimir Putin is ready for US sanctions on himself.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Earlier, the United States imposed sanctions on Iran’s spiritual leader Ayatollah Khamenei, including freezing his account and banning him from traveling.
The United States and Britain have expressed fears of a Russian military invasion of Ukraine, and both countries have repatriated the families of their diplomats from Ukraine and reduced embassy staff.
